After purchase item at zuliza.net you will get email from [email protected] in your inbox. If you dont receive it please check on your spam/junk box. This email include information about your order and attach with e-invoice. Most importance is your Order ID. Example of your order id was like below.
From this order id you can track your order from DHL or get back your e-invoice in the future.
To get your e-invoice and track you order you just go Track Order page. Like picture below
- Enter your order ID that you get from email as example in Picture 1. (as example 7971)
- Enter email address that you receive order information
After click on Track you get information about you order and a option to download your e-invoice.
3. Enter your order id like in Picture 2 .As example your order ID was 7971 and your tracking number should be MYNQM7971 or delete MNYQM and enter 16 digit tracking number from DHL to track any order from DHL Malaysia.
Tracking number can be check between few minutes to 1 hour depend on your order.
